Happy Food

The Knowledge Lab is all too well aware of the destructive impact of industrial (food) production. Therefore we are collaborating with a local food free lancer, who prepares happy, vegan food sourced, in that order, from local allotments, regional organic forms and workers' cooperatives to bring you Free food: free (as free as we can buy our way through it) from exploitation, plastic wrapping, and other forms of additives, whether applied internally or externally, or any other form of high-tech manipulation or bonded labour or animal torture. And then it is also good for you!

The caffeine will come from [Zapatista coffee], for which we would like to get proper donations.

A variety of organic, medicinal grade herbs for cold and hot drinks will be provided throughout the gathering.
